Note

Joe and Grace Goddard - the retired couple who own and manage the Villa occupy the lower level.
This is a completely separate and private apartment but can be rented as well if additional rental space is needed.
It houses a spacious bedroom, together with a bathroom, living room and kitchen.
Rental of the entire Villa ( both levels with the owners not on site) is US 250 per night.
